Who never sees your direct contact info

• Cadence Pros, musicians, bands, DJs, and other performers
• Public APIs and any public page on this website
• Matching results, opportunity listings, and LeadRadar feeds
• Talent dashboards and third-party advertisers or data brokers

Performers see only the event details needed to respond: date, market, guest count, budget range, format, and your entertainment preferences.

Communication happens in-platform

All communication between you and matched performers happens through NationStage messaging inside your private Event Workspace. Nothing requires you to publish or forward a personal phone number or email address.

Who can access your contact info

Only you and authorized NationStage administrators can access your direct contact information, and administrators access it only for support, verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

What we collect

• Your name, role, company or organization, email, and optional phone number.
• Event details such as date, event type, venue or city, state, guest count, and budget range.
• Music and entertainment preferences used for matching.
• Communication preferences, including optional SMS notification consent.

Payments

No payment information is collected on this website. Quotes, deposits, invoices, and checkout are handled inside NationStage after you review your matched options.
