There is no charge to submit an entertainment request on this site, and no payment is collected on this website’s request form. You are simply telling us about your event so we can match verified Cadence Pros to it.
Submitting a request does not create a booking, contract, hold, or obligation of any kind for you or for any performer. Availability is confirmed only once a performer accepts and a proposal is issued.
Any budget range you provide is guidance for matching. Final price is confirmed only after you review your matched options and proposals inside your private Event Workspace and select the entertainment you want.
Payment, deposit, cancellation, refund, overtime, travel, and production terms are presented and confirmed with you before any checkout or invoice payment. You will always see the applicable terms attached to a proposal before you pay anything. Quotes, deposits, invoices, and checkout happen inside NationStage, never on this website.
Messaging, proposals, scheduling, contracts, invoices, and payment all take place inside the NationStage platform and your Event Workspace. This keeps your event details, documents, and payment history in one auditable place.
